Pneumatisch betriebene Hochdruck-Kolbenpumpe zur Fett-Schmierung / Dosierung.
Durch den hohen Fett-Förderdruck von bis zu 150 bar, bei einem pneumatischen Arbeitsdruck von 3..6 bar können auch längere Leitungswege überbrückt werden.
Weiter ist diese Dosierpumpe DPF 30/70 auch bestens als Schmierstoffgeber, für die Versorgung eines oder mehrerer Progressivverteiler geeignet um viele Schmierstellen mit nur einer Pumpe versorgen zu können. Der optional zum DPF-System erhältliche STW-DigiTimer (Zeitsteuerung zur Steuerung der Schmierzyklen) stellt dabei die einfachste und kostengünstigste Lösung dar, ein vollautomatisches Schmiersystem zu betreiben.
Ausgelegt für Standard 400g Kartuschen nach DIN 1284 oder LubeShuttle Kartuschen, wie sie ebenfalls weit verbreitet sind.
Füllstandskontrolle oder Überwachung bei allen Kartuschen-Varianten möglich.
